Who Are You? You wake up in the morning and think, how can I help children elevate their identity and use that to make this world a better place?! As you go through your day, you get inspired by Instagram posts, conversations with friends, or walking down the street and think of really interesting projects that children can do to learn the most cutting edge skills. You do not put projects together by only generating thoughts from your own head, you reach out to community partners to build relationships and learn more, you work closely with experts and get them to participate so that children are learning from professionals. You are a stickler for learning, so you obsess over strong thinking routines, assessments, and standards– but children never feel that because the experience feels natural, fun, and exciting. Finally, your work is not complete until you can masterfully codify and package your projects in ways that others can learn from! Is this you? If yes, we can’t wait to meet you!
To Apply: Upload your resume and a sample project that you’ve designed! We look forward to learning more about you.
