Summary
Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant providing comprehensive administrative support to the Center Director and Early Head Start Program to enhance early childhood education initiatives. The role involves organizing administrative tasks, managing communications, and supporting program operations.
Key Responsibilities: Perform clerical duties including data entry, document preparation, mail management, and office supply inventory. Greet visitors, assist with parent inquiries, compile newsletters, maintain confidentiality, and coordinate record-keeping and reporting.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, bilingual proficiency in Spanish (preferred), proficiency with office machines and software, and excellent customer service abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple delegated projects simultaneously.
Qualifications: High school diploma required; AA/AS in a related field preferred. Prior office administration experience required; successful completion of background checks and physical exam required.
Location: Hybrid - Jefferson Street, United States of America (up to 10% travel required)
Compensation: $17.00/hour
