This full-time hybrid Speech Language Pathologist role offers the opportunity to deliver innovative therapy to school-aged children across multiple states in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include providing face-to-face therapeutic services, developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and participating in team meetings.

Skills: Candidates must have experience with IEPs, comfort with technology, and the ability to document evaluations and progress reports effectively.

Qualifications: Applicants should hold an active SLP license, CCCs from ASHA, and have at least 6 months of relevant experience.

Location: This position is hybrid with opportunities in Vermont, Texas, and Maryland, accepting nationwide applications.

Compensation: $42 - $47 / Hourly

• Huddle up with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding Speech Language Pathology services to children in need

The on-target earnings for this role are $42-$47 an hour, as a W2 employee. Exact compensation will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to commit to 40 hours per week 
• Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence
• Hold CCCs: Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Due to the nature of this role, consistent and reliable transportation is essential to ensure punctual and dependable attendance
• At least 6 months of experience developing, implementing, and leading an IEP for students in a school setting
• Experience and comfortability with the use of various types of technology
• Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
• Prepare progress reports as requested by the school and complete medicaid billing if necessary
