This position requires you to be onsite Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm in our South Austin HQ.

What You’ll Be Doing:
●Scheduling and Coordination:
○Maintain and manage executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
○Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and presentations, preparing meeting materials as needed.
○Schedule and coordinate team offsites
○Serve as backup/collaborator with our Office Experience Manager
●Document and Data Management:
○Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
○Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
●Project Assistance:
○Support special projects and team initiatives as needed, performing research, preparing reports, and providing general assistance.
○Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.
●Travel and Expense Management:
○Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, ensuring details are accurate and documented.
○Process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely reimbursements.
