Summary

Daybreak Health seeks a part-time Supervising Psychiatrist to provide collaborative supervision and mentorship to psychiatric nurse practitioners supporting youth mental health. This remote role focuses on clinical guidance, chart review, and regulatory compliance in Pennsylvania.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly 1:1 supervision meetings with assigned PMHNPs (up to 6), review 5 charts per supervisee monthly, and respond to clinical questions and prescription escalations during business hours. Execute collaborating physician agreement responsibilities including tele-supervision, case reviews, and clinical documentation consultation.

Skills & Tools: Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license in psychiatry with Board Certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, valid DEA certification, and strong EHR system proficiency. Demonstrated commitment to youth mental health access and equity with strong clinical guidance and mentorship abilities.

Qualifications: At least 2 years of behavioral health experience, ideally with youth populations, and prior supervisory or collaborative practice experience preferred. Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with active Pennsylvania medical license and DEA certification required.

Location: Remote from Pennsylvania, United States

Compensation: $500–$750 per individual PMHNP supervised, with maximum monthly compensation of $2,000–$2,500 (up to 6 PMHNPs supervised)
