About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Delivery Project Manager to lead our most critical training delivery projects. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and exceptional project management skills to deliver high-impact outcomes aligned with organizational goals. As a key player in our training projects, you will drive project success from start to finish, managing large teams and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead project teams, define strategies and goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Partner with senior management to deliver impactful projects.
Presales & Solutioning: Contribute to presales activities by understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and developing comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) to align with client requirements and capabilities.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, timelines, and resource allocation, and oversee all project phases to ensure successful delivery. Make strategic adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, partners, facilitators, and executive stakeholders. Communicate project progress and manage expectations to ensure project success.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring team members and consultants are aligned with project requirements. Foster relationships within the facilitator pool to ensure resource availability.
Risk & Budget Management: Identify risks and opportunities, developing proactive mitigation plans. Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reporting to senior management.
Quality Control & Team Development: Ensure rigorous quality standards are met and lead teams with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Training Delivery & Feedback Management: Oversee training program execution, ensuring effective delivery and high satisfaction levels. Implement feedback processes to drive continuous improvement in training delivery and project management.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare executive-level project reports with key insights on progress, risks, and alignment with strategic goals. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
6+ years of experience in the learning industry, providing exceptional customer service
3+ years of experience in project/program management within training delivery
Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more through all project phases
Strong leadership, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
Expertise in financial management and budgeting
Desired Skills:
PMP or other project management certifications (highly desired)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical acumen
