Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of eLearning projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, foster strong client relationships, and drive continuous innovation to enhance efficiency and outcomes. This role is perfect for an experienced professional passionate about project management and learning design.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans based on client requirements.
Deliver projects that meet quality goals, client satisfaction, deadlines, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers (ID), and media teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Proactively manage client expectations, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Identify and implement innovations to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Oversee day-to-day team operations, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and resource management.
Generate billing and management reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Optimize resource utilization, including internal teams, hardware, software, and external vendors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 8 years of experience in the online learning industry, delivering exceptional customer service.
5+ years of project management experience within the learning and development sector.
Proven experience leading teams of 15 or more across all project lifecycle phases (initiate, perform, close, operate).
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
