About the Role
As an Associate Project Manager, you will:
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while meeting quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers and media specialists, to ensure seamless delivery.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction and future account growth.
Provide structured feedback, proactively manage risks, and ensure real-time updates to project plans and trackers.
Optimize resource utilization and oversee task assignments, tracking progress, and resolving team conflicts when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans to meet client requirements.
Manage customer satisfaction and ensure project goals are met.
Coordinate team activities, monitor progress, and address challenges.
Produce billing and MIS reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with contractual resources and ensure effective resource allocation.
Enhance relationships with clients to position the company for future business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 6 years of experience in the Learning and Development industry, with a focus on eLearning content projects.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience within the eLearning sector.
Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ across all phases of the project lifecycle.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer relationship management skills.
