We're looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits

- Benefits Program Management
- Conduct market research, identify issues with our existing benefits packages, and create programs to improve them.
- Regularly review and benchmark benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with industry best practices and tailoring benefit programs to meet the specific needs and regulations of different regions, ensuring that all offerings are culturally and legally appropriate.
- Compliance and Governance
- Prepare materials for US Investment Benefits Committee meetings in advance of meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with country legislation and employment laws & identify improvement opportunities within existing plan design offerings.
- Be informed and communicate benefits regulations and industry trends to VP TR and team members to ensure programs are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Vendor Management
- Ensure vendor payments to benefits partners are on time and in compliance with contractual terms.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with benefits vendors and consultants to ensure high-quality services.
- Employee Education and Customer Communication
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits, promote utilization, and enhance overall understanding and appreciation.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to empower employees to make informed decisions about their benefits.
- Build end-to-end operational process for benefits enrollments to our customers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Review and assess all programs for financial management, compliance, competitiveness, and effective delivery.
- Develop reports on metrics & leverage data from vendors and brokers to create analytics that foster data-driven decisions.
- Regularly disseminate information to VP TR regarding medical & other benefit claims management, including insights into program utilization, costs, and employee satisfaction.
- Other
- Provide feedback on our internal systems and processes to improve our operations.
- Partner with other total rewards team members on other global benefits outside of region.
- Support M&A activity as needed.
You've got what it takes if you have...
- 5+ years of experience in benefits program development and administration or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or related field.
- Proven comprehensive understanding of US benefits & global benefits administration.
- Experience with Leave of Absence, 401k & statutory benefits & retirement schemes.
- Experience developing and driving benefits automation processes.
- Strong knowledge of cultural considerations, local legislation, and compliance in a large, complex organization that is in many countries.
- Strong program and vendor performance management, cost benefit analysis, and budget management experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and exercise sound judgment with a high degree of professionalism; Able to collaborate with teams in a dynamic and globally matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of pertinent federal and state regulations, filing and compliance requirements (i.e., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, IRS, ADA, Section 125 regulations, 5500, Health Care Reform, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Social Security, DOL, FLSA).
- Proven analytic and business skills with the ability to perform mathematical calculations in computing rates, premiums, and adjustments.
- Results driven with ability to operate independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism to handle sensitive information.
- Skilled at working successfully in dynamic, fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

The starting salary for the successful applicant will depend on several job-related factors, including education, training, experience, certifications, location, business needs, and market demands.
