Role Snapshot
Staff Accountant role supporting Sphero's educational mission in a fully remote environment. Manages general ledger activities, month-end close procedures, and ensures compliance with GAAP accounting principles.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in GAAP accounting principles, ERP systems, and Excel; strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration; experience with month-end close, AP/AR functions, and accounting transactions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required with 1-3 years of relevant Staff Accountant experience including internships. Must have participated in month-end or quarter-end close processes and understand internal controls.
