Role Snapshot
International Marketing Summer Intern at Sourcebooks, a leading U.S. publisher, gaining hands-on experience in global marketing strategies that connect award-winning books with international readers across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with global partner communication, coordinate marketing materials and design, manage international influencer outreach, and support social media engagement on Sourcebooks International platforms. Weekly tasks include collecting and distributing marketing assets to international partners, updating tracking reports, and coordinating physical shipments to global retailers.
Skills & Tools: Strong written and verbal communication, creativity, familiarity with social media marketing platforms, and demonstrated passion for books and publishing. Experience with design coordination and cross-cultural collaboration is beneficial.
Qualifications: Current college students (sophomores, juniors, or seniors) or recent graduates interested in marketing and the publishing industry. No prior publishing experience required but interest in international markets and book promotion is essential.
Location: Naperville, Illinois
Compensation: $17/hr
