Responsibilities
- Identify and convert K12 sales opportunities in order to meet revenue targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Proactively seek new opportunities in the education space, forming relationships with District Administrators such as CIOs, CAOs, CTOs, and Superintendents.
- Create the right pipeline mix of short and long sales cycle customers on an ongoing basis.
- Implement sales processes to drive predictable revenue.
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to consistently exceed targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of Kahoot! products, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Support, Product, and other teams to share customer insights and drive success.
- Higher university degree (Bachelor's degree minimum).
- 4+ years of experience in K12 education sales, particularly with SaaS or similar EdTech products.
- Strong understanding of K12 purchasing processes and market dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Collaborative team player, capable of working effectively in a distributed, international setting.
