Skills & Tools: Strong ability to translate complex B2B SaaS products into clear, customer-centric messaging with proven cross-functional collaboration experience. Proficiency in developing sales enablement assets, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and familiarity with AI-driven marketing strategies and generative AI applications.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing within B2B SaaS, with preferred background in higher education, ERP, or similar industries. Experience working in global markets and demonstrated ability to develop sales enablement assets that drive measurable business impact.
Location: In-Person - Reston, WA
Compensation: $85K–$130K/yr (estimated)

About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, corporate strategy and customer value, where you’ll help define how our solutions are positioned and brought to market. As a Solutions Marketing Manager, you’ll turn complex capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with higher education buyers globally. You’ll play a key role in enabling go-to-market success by connecting our solutions to real customer challenges and outcomes. This is an opportunity to partner cross-functionally, influence strategy, and make a measurable impact on how we grow.

Where You Will Make an Impact

  • Develop and refine solution-level positioning and messaging that differentiates our offerings in a competitive SaaS landscape
  • Partner closely with product, corporate strategy, marketing, sales, and customer teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer needs and business priorities
  • Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, value frameworks, solution sheets) that help move deals forward
  • Support go-to-market execution for key solution launches, ensuring strong internal alignment and clear external messaging
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing recommendations
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance messaging development, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and go-to-market efficiency
  • Partner with campaign, field, customer impact, and digital marketing teams to support pipeline growth through targeted, outcome-driven messaging
  • Contribute to how we package and bring solutions to market

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-centric messaging
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams
  • Experience developing sales enablement assets that drive measurable business impact
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market and customer insights to inform decisions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
  • Proficiency using AI-enabled marketing and productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Jasper, or similar) to support research, content development, messaging refinement, and workflow efficiency
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to internal stakeholders, customers, and executive audiences
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, industry events, and internal team collaboration

Extra Credit 

  • Experience marketing multi-product or platform-based solutions
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas
  • Background in higher education, ERP, or similar industries
  • Experience working in global markets
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing strategies, personalization, or generative AI applications within B2B SaaS marketing
