Role Snapshot
Technical Onboarding Manager at CDW who guides new Mission Cloud customers through the onboarding process and manages their technical requirements. You'll serve as the primary technical expert and point of contact ensuring successful implementation aligned with service agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Manage technical onboarding for assigned new customers, lead onboarding meetings, gather technical requirements, and project manage the process to completion. Work across Mission Cloud teams to ensure quality onboarding experiences while reviewing contracts, SLAs, and ensuring service implementation compliance.
Skills & Tools: Technical customer support and project management experience with strong communication skills for regular customer interaction via phone, video, and email. AWS cloud technology knowledge and ability to manage 10+ simultaneous customer onboardings in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications: Experience in a technical Customer Support, Implementation, or Onboarding role with familiarity of public cloud services, preferably AWS. Ability to work with contracts and understand service level agreements; AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required within 1 year of employment.
Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois
Compensation: $80K–$120K/yr
