Role Snapshot
Senior Trainer of Field Development at Elevo Learning leads the training, certification, and coaching of trainers across SoCal North region. This role ensures scalable, high-quality training delivery and consistent program implementation through a Train-the-Trainer model.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver trainer onboarding and certification programs, personally deliver virtual and in-person training to field staff and leaders, observe trainings to provide structured coaching and feedback, and maintain quality assurance systems tied to training and program execution.
Skills & Tools: Minimum 2 years training facilitation experience with strong virtual training delivery expertise, advanced facilitation skills, and demonstrated ability in coaching and performance feedback delivery.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of training facilitation experience required; preferred qualifications include prior experience as a coach with Elevo and advanced facilitation expertise.
Location: SoCal North, California
Compensation: $71K–$80K/yr
