Role Snapshot

Join Lakeshore Learning Materials' classroom installation team to set up educational spaces nationwide. This role involves hands-on assembly and logistics work that directly prepares classrooms for student success.

Key Responsibilities: Unload trucks, assemble furniture, lift and carry heavy boxes, set up classrooms, and clean up debris during classroom installations. Work primarily during weekday daytime hours with occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Skills & Tools: Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy items, attention to detail in assembly and setup, teamwork and communication abilities, and reliability to complete tasks thoroughly.

Qualifications: No specific education or prior experience required; willingness to work hard and attention to detail in a physical role are essential. Must be able to lift heavy boxes and work flexible hours including occasional weekends.

Location: In-Person - Indianapolis, IN

Compensation: $28K–$38K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

We are looking for hardworking folks to become a part of our classroom installation teams nationwide. Our local teams are trained to provide unbeatable service from the moment they arrive, taking care of every detail from start to finish! This position primarily requires availability during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on business needs. During classroom installations, you will:

Unload trucks
Assemble furniture
Lift and carry heavy boxes
Set up classrooms
Clean up debris
