Team Overview

The Services team works closely together to set PowerSchool customers up for ongoing success through post-implementation support, troubleshooting, consultation on system setup options, and training on features and functionality. The team offers cross-portfolio support, all while meeting organizational objectives for revenue, utilization, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

Description

The Technical Support team provides solutions-oriented technical support with a strong focus on customer service that is designed to maximum customer satisfaction while reaching our organizational goals.

Your day-to-day job will consist of:

  • Technical lead for A&I migration team
  • Primary technical interface for existing Services, Support, and Infrastructure teams
  • Explore new solutions, including testing, design, modifications, and deployment required to meet both the PowerSchool and client’s business requirements
  • Ensures data security and integrity for all PowerSchool applications
  • Exercise independent judgment to analyze and diagnose application related problems and issues
  • Work with data providers to fill data gaps and/or to adjust source-system data structures to facilitate analysis and integration with other K12 data
  • Perform data profiling and source to target mappings
  • Perform analysis on source data to determine the feasibility of using this data to solve business needs
  • Assist in application training of existing users and new employees
  • Write and maintain documentation of the ETL processes via process flow diagrams
  • Ensures data security and integrity for all PowerSchool applications
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12+ years of relevant and related work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Travel occasionally, up to 10%, for key moments such as team summits, training, customer meetings, company events, etc., with increased frequency during peak periods based on business demands.
  • Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $155,900 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
