Role Snapshot
The Sr. Deal Desk Specialist transforms the Deal Desk function into a proactive strategic partner for Sales, providing expert support on complex deals, negotiations, and pricing strategy. This role is critical to optimizing revenue execution and driving operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Facilitate deal structure, pricing strategy, and negotiation guidance while leading commercial and contractual negotiations with customers. Establish KPIs to track performance, partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on commercial strategy.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in SaaS pricing, commercial contracts, deal structures, and deal desk operations, combined with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with systems like Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Clari, plus demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Pricing, or related roles in SaaS or enterprise technology environments. Track record of improving processes, driving operational efficiency, and navigating complex deals with high organizational skills.

Compensation: $90Kβ$130K/yr
