Role Snapshot

Organisational Change Manager to lead and support complex organisational change initiatives at Moodle, a globally distributed ed-tech company. This 12-month contract role focuses on driving adoption of strategic initiatives and fostering positive team transitions.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver change initiatives, develop and implement change management strategies, identify risks and address resistance, and create communication and training plans. Monitor progress, measure outcomes, and provide guidance to managers in achieving business objectives.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of change management principles and ability to apply them in complex business settings, excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills, proven influence with senior leaders, and skilled in designing training and communication plans.
Qualifications: Experience leading or supporting organisational change initiatives such as restructuring or cultural transformations, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment, and HR/People & Culture team experience is a plus.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is €55,000 – €75,000/year based on title, seniority, and European location.

What your new job can look like…

At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and deliver organisational change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with Moodle’s strategy.
  • Developing and implementing change management strategies to drive adoption and success for key initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, assess risks, and address resistance.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers in delivering strategic plans and achieving business objectives.
  • Developing communication plans that clearly articulate the vision and ensure transparency throughout the change process.
  • Collaborating with the L&D team to design and deliver tailored training plans to engage team members and foster a positive transition.
  • Monitoring progress, measuring outcomes, and adjusting strategies to ensure sustainable change.

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

  • Experience leading or supporting organisational change initiatives, such as restructuring, or other strategic cultural transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and how to apply them in complex business settings.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering impactful change outcomes.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering training and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Experience working in HR / People & Culture teams is a plus!
