Role Snapshot

Senior-level training leader responsible for building, certifying, and coaching trainers of coaches across SoCal Central through a Train-the-Trainer model. Ensures scalable, high-quality training delivery and consistent program implementation across regions through both virtual and in-person modalities.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver onboarding training, design and maintain trainer certification processes, certify FTEs as trainers, observe trainings and provide coaching feedback, and directly deliver statewide training initiatives through VILT and ILT. Monitor implementation fidelity, manage QA systems, and serve as feedback loop between field, training, and curriculum.
Skills & Tools: Strong virtual and in-person training facilitation skills, coaching experience, understanding of quality assurance processes in training delivery, and expertise in adult learning principles. Ability to evaluate trainer competency, manage multiple training modalities, and ensure behavior management standards.
Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of training facilitation experience, familiarity with Train-the-Trainer models, and prior coaching experience preferred. Knowledge of VILT and ILT delivery methods and experience working with educational or field operations programs.
Location: SoCal Central, California
Compensation: $71K–$80K/yr
