Responsibilities: Lead the design of targeted learning strategies, facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions, analyze performance needs, and create customized curriculum pathways. Evaluate learning outcomes and ensure training aligns with business priorities.
Skills: Proven experience in learning strategy, instructional design, strong knowledge of technology adoption, and excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Qualifications: Experience in tech-focused environments, familiarity with instructional design methodologies, and comfort in agile settings.

Compensation: $90 - $110 / Hourly
Remote – Part-Time | 25 hrs/week | $90–$110/hr

We’re looking for a results-driven Strategic Learning Solutions Consultant to lead the design and implementation of targeted learning strategies that drive technology adoption, streamline systems training, and support workforce performance across all levels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning strategy, technology enablement, and business alignment, and who can translate complex challenges into scalable, impactful learning experiences.
What You’ll Do
🔍 Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment
- Facilitate collaborative sessions with business leaders and SMEs to define training goals, success metrics, and key business priorities.
- Align learning initiatives with organizational realities, systems, and change readiness.
📊 Needs & Performance Analysis
- Conduct job/task analyses, competency modeling, workflow mapping, and technology usage assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
- Evaluate existing content and performance barriers to recommend strategic improvements.
📚 Curriculum Strategy & Learning Pathways
- Design customized, role- and tenure-based learning pathways that support onboarding, upskilling, and technology rollout.
- Plan structured programs that reduce support dependency and increase confidence with tools and systems.
🎓 Modality & Solution Design
- Recommend optimal delivery formats (eLearning, vILT, ILT, simulations, job aids, quick-reference guides, videos) based on performance needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope, design, and implement innovative, tech-driven solutions.
📈 Strategic Planning & Evaluation
- Develop scalable learning frameworks and roadmaps with clear measurement plans.
- Define success metrics and feedback loops; evaluate program outcomes and refine as needed.
🧩 IT & Systems Enablement Focus
- Apply knowledge of enterprise systems, compliance, and digital adoption best practices to ensure effective training.
- Create solutions that support secure, compliant, and confident use of IT systems in complex or regulated environments.
🤝 Relationship Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering guidance throughout the design, development, and implementation phases.
- Present learning strategies and performance insights in executive-ready formats.

- Stay informed on learning and technology trends to ensure strategies remain modern, relevant, and effective.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in learning strategy, instructional design, or organizational development (especially within tech-focused environments).
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems training, technology adoption strategies, and change enablement.
- Experience translating business challenges into targeted learning interventions and measurable plans.
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, curriculum mapping, and learning evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
