Role Snapshot

Key Responsibilities: Oversee customer data management platforms, implement data governance policies, and ensure data integrity across systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate customer records and support analytics and reporting initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field with 3-5 years of data management or database administration experience. Experience with data quality management and CRM platforms preferred.
Location: Hybrid - Dublin
