Customer Data Manager at OCLC responsible for managing and optimizing customer data systems and processes. The role ensures data quality, security, and accessibility to support business operations and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee customer data management platforms, implement data governance policies, and ensure data integrity across systems. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate customer records and support analytics and reporting initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in data management tools, SQL, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field with 3-5 years of data management or database administration experience. Experience with data quality management and CRM platforms preferred.
