Key Responsibilities: Drive GenAI experimentation, manage end-to-end product launches from discovery through scale, and lead user research to define pain points and AI solutions. Translate business problems into technically feasible solutions with clear hypotheses and success metrics while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years product management experience with strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, user-centered design, and evidence-based decision-making. Commitment to responsible AI practices and proven ability to establish team processes and metrics for effective product delivery.
Qualifications: Proven track record in leading AI and automation-centric product implementations with strong background in establishing team processes and metrics. 5+ years of product management experience required.
Location: 100% remote, aligned to EST core hours, based in Virginia, United States
Compensation: $80,000 – $157,000 / annually
