Job Title: Data Migration Engineer – Entry Level
Location: Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office
*May include remote opportunities in the following states: AZ, FL, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI. No relocation assistance is provided.
Starting Salary: $65,544.18 - $72,098.60 (Salary commensurate with experience)

What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that migrate data from external software into Skyward software
- Analyze and interpret data from third-party software systems
- Conduct code reviews and support high-quality development practices
- Perform testing, including project and regression testing
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve products and processes
- Collaborate directly with customers and other Skyward departments to ensure success of each data migration
What you need:
- Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or similar programming experience
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data analysis is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio IDE and Microsoft .NET/MS SQL stack is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and self-motivated approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time as business needs require
