Key Responsibilities: Design and implement machine learning models, particularly LLM agents, to improve career guidance tools and research agent architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client-focused solutions while engaging in knowledge transfer activities with partners.
Skills & Tools: Strong background in machine learning with experience in LLMs, proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and familiarity with Linux and Git. Experience in reinforcement learning and sequential decision-making algorithms is essential.
Qualifications: Graduate degree (M.S./Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Engineering combined with relevant research experience in machine learning. Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required.
