The position ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP standards, and drives process improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Manage month-end and year-end close processes, prepare and review financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP, oversee revenue recognition and accounting, review journal entries and reconciliations, and coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits. Support team mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and implementation of accounting policies and process automation initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP financial statement preparation; hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Blackline, Coupa); and proficiency in revenue accounting and audit coordination. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications: ACCA qualification (mandatory) with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience including month-end close processes, revenue accounting, and statutory audit support. Demonstrated experience managing accounting operations in fast-paced environments.

Function: Accounting About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to support and oversee accounting operations, month-end close activities, revenue accounting, and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP and IFRS, hands-on experience preparing UK GAAP financial statements, and a proven track record of managing accounting processes in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process improvements. Financial Reporting & Accounting • Manage and oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with UK GAAP. • Ensure accounting activities comply with US GAAP and IFRS requirements. • Support statutory reporting, external audits, and regulatory compliance activities. • Maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies across processes. Revenue Accounting • Manage revenue recognition and accounting in accordance with applicable accounting standards. • Review contracts and assess accounting implications related to revenue recognition. • Partner with business teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting and reconciliations. • Support audit requests and documentation related to revenue accounting. Operational Accounting • Review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and supporting schedules. • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within accounting operations. • Coordinate with AP, AR, payroll, tax, and other finance teams to ensure smooth accounting operations. • Support treasury, cash management, and balance sheet integrity activities as needed. Audit & Compliance • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory and financial audits. • Ensure timely completion of audit deliverables and resolution of audit queries. • Support implementation and adherence to accounting policies and compliance frameworks. Team & Stakeholder Management • Mentor and guide team members while fostering a collaborative work environment. • Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on accounting and reporting matters. • Support transition and stabilization activities for new accounting processes or entities. Qualifications & Experience • ACCA qualification is must. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. • 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience. • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP financial statement preparation • Exposure to ERP systems like Netsuite, Blackline, Coupa. • Hands-on experience managing month-end close processes. • Experience in revenue accounting and revenue recognition. • Experience supporting statutory audits and financial reporting. • Strong analytical, organizational, and • problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
