Role Snapshot

The LMS Administrator provides technical and functional support for the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, maintaining daily operations and supporting corporate learning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Manage user accounts, enrollments, and course content while performing day-to-day LMS administration including creating/publishing courses, handling support tickets, running reports, and collaborating with training and IT teams to ensure proper system functionality.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors LMS platform, strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills, ability to manage user data and learning records, and excellent communication skills for working cross-functionally with training coordinators and IT teams.
Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of related HR or IT experience required. Knowledge of learning management systems, HR information systems, and data integrity practices preferred.
Location: Quivira, Kansas
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $55,000 – $72,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
