Role Snapshot
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a healthcare sales enablement proof-of-concept, providing an executive lens to validate sales narratives and design realistic executive scenarios that reflect how hospital C-suite leaders evaluate proposals and make capital decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Review and pressure-test sales narratives to identify messaging that resonates with CFO/COO perspectives, co-design 2-3 realistic executive role-play scenarios with authentic objections, and help define a scoring rubric for executive presence with calibration feedback on sample submissions.
Skills & Tools: Deep familiarity with capital approval and budgeting processes, executive decision governance, supply chain and procurement dynamics, cross-functional influence between clinical/finance/operations stakeholders, and the ability to articulate how executive decisions are actually made in practice.
Qualifications: Current or recently retired hospital or IDN executive (within 5-7 years) with experience in roles such as CFO, COO, Chief Clinical Officer, VP Supply Chain, or similar leadership positions; strongly preferred experience evaluating medical devices, cost-reduction initiatives, and prior advisory roles.
Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
Compensation: $150–$300/hr
