Role Snapshot

Join Docebo as a Solutions Architect to leverage technical expertise and communication skills in collaborating with sales teams to deliver AI-driven learning solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey, ensuring success in both pre and post-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities: Gather client requirements, design technical integrations, collaborate on proposals and statements of work, and address solution-based challenges in partnership with cross-functional teams. Provide mentorship to colleagues and represent Docebo as a technical expert and consultant throughout the sales process.
Skills & Tools: Deep knowledge of SaaS architectures, APIs, integration frameworks, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and object-oriented languages such as PHP or Python. Strong proficiency in REST, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, enterprise technologies like LDAP and CRM, plus excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Significant experience in technical roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Engineer, or Presales with pre and post-sales experience. Fluent in English with the ability to travel as needed.
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CA$90K–CA$140K/yr
