Internship Overview: Achieving The Dream is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern. This intern will be an integral part of the Marketing & Communications team (“MarComm”), contributing to various projects aimed at enhancing ATD’s marketing strategies and elevating its brand across digital channels. The intern will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys interacting with a diverse range of colleagues and audiences, is a strong writer and communicator, and is working toward a degree in communications, digital media, or a related field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote Brand Expertise: Assist with creating a spreadsheet and process for elevating ATD’s subject matter experts in the field using ATD’s digital channels
AI Content Creation: Support the development of new content using AI to craft compelling narratives and generate ideas for assets to be used across various channels, including email, social media, and the website.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best AI tools to support the MarComm department and present findings
Website Enhancements: Assist the team in identifying and making enhancements to the ATD website to better drive traffic and engagement
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on daily operations to ensure efficiency and efficacy in delivering our work to internal clients.

Skills/Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, digital media, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong familiarity with social media and emerging platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
