Echo360 seeks an experienced Manager of Event Marketing to lead the planning and execution of global events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement across higher education and corporate learning markets. This role oversees a diverse event portfolio including industry conferences, customer-hosted events, and the company's signature global user conference.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end planning, execution, and activation of global events including trade shows, customer-hosted events, and Echo360's user conference. Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing, and track event performance metrics.
Skills & Tools: Strong budget management, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously; creative mindset with practical execution orientation and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proficiency in event strategy, vendor coordination, lead capture alignment, and marketing integration required.
Qualifications: 5+ years of event planning or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or technology-driven organizations, with proven experience managing global, multi-event portfolios from concept through execution. Strong organizational and creative skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
