Role Snapshot
Project Manager at Leepfrog Technologies overseeing implementation of CourseLeaf software for higher education clients. The role involves managing client projects, serving as liaison between clients and internal teams, and ensuring quality implementations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client project timelines and tasks, serve as focal point for information dissemination between Leepfrog and clients, allocate incoming requests to team members, troubleshoot issues, and identify best practices to maintain client satisfaction. Partner with internal teams to improve implementation processes and drive company initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Excellent oral and written communication with presentation skills, strong client orientation with ability to provide exceptional customer service, leadership capability to build relationships, and project management skills to organize and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of CourseLeaf software configuration and customization is required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or five years of related project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP certification and experience with education technology and curriculum development is a plus.
Location: Coralville, Iowa
Compensation: $70K–$100K/yr
