Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (50% WFH, 50% On-Site)

Location: Various School Sites within Stockton, CA

Pay: $55,000 to $62,000 (plus performance-based bonus structure)

THE ROLE

The Site Success Manager will work alongside our Field Operations team to ensure a successful launch and implementation of the Elevo Learning programs and curriculum, acting as a liaison between Field Operations and local Schools. They are key contributors to the growth and success of the company. This role will report directly to the local Operations Manager and assist with formal meetings and problem-solving to ensure programs are successful. Typical duties include, but are not limited to.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be the Main point of contact for principals in managing the customer experience journey from the post-implementation meeting to renewal
  • Formulate improvement plans with Operations Manager
  • Drive Program expansion and renewals
  • Build and maintain sound relationships with local K-8 school Principals, Afterschool Facilitators and staff
  • Work in tandem with the Field Operations team to efficiently schedule on-site and online school drop-ins or appointments to address the needs and manage expectations of individual school sites
  • Deliver presentations to large groups of children and school faculty
  • Accurately apply and address customer feedback promptly

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in face-to-face customer service and or sales
  • Reliable transportation for traveling from site to site
  • Experience in developing external partnerships and relationships
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Education
  • Travel at least 3 times per week
  • Availability for 9 Saturdays

This position's target annual base pay range is $55,000 to $62,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
