Role Snapshot
Associate Instructional Designer at McGraw Hill responsible for developing innovative digital learning solutions for K-12 literacy programs (ELA/SLA). This remote role creates high-quality educational content and collaborates with cross-functional teams to impact millions of students and educators worldwide.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop digital curriculum assets including videos, eBooks, interactives, and simulations; review manuscripts, create storyboards, and support alpha/beta builds. Contribute to user testing, product builds, accessibility implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and product requirements.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS); expertise in creating interactive digital content and curriculum design. Spanish fluency is preferred; strong collaborative and technical troubleshooting abilities required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field with 1+ years of experience in instructional design or digital content development. K-5 teaching experience is a plus.
Location: United States
Compensation: $41,230 β $55,000 / annually
