Role Snapshot

Remote mental health therapist position with Gaggle providing teletherapy services to K-12 students and school staff across the United States. The role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care in a flexible, completely remote environment with no insurance billing requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients to improve their mental health, allocating approximately 90% of time to clinical work and 10% to administrative tasks. Support students' mental health needs regardless of location or ability to pay through school-funded sessions.
Skills & Tools: Strong technology skills for video therapy delivery and client management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children and adolescents in K-12 age ranges with clinical expertise in mental health counseling.
Qualifications: Independent or supervised associate license in mental health counseling (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW, or similar) required; professional liability and bodily injury insurance with Gaggle listed as additionally insured must be obtained prior to client contact. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of counseling experience, Spanish language proficiency, and dual state certification.
Location: In-Person - Jamestown, TN
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $45,000 โ€“ $65,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients helping them improve their mental health
  • 90% clinical / 10% admin

Requirements:

  • Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar)
  • Strong technology skills
  • Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to taking on clients and have Gaggle listed as Additionally Insured
  • Experience working with children in the K-12 age range

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of counseling experience
  • Ability to provide therapy services in Spanish
  • Dual state certification is a plus!
