Role Snapshot

Software Systems Associate supporting the Registrar's Office by developing documentation, training materials, and website content for the High Point self-service student information system. The role includes testing and configuration support for enterprise-level student information systems.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and update documentation, training, and website content related to High Point self-service functionality and complete testing of the High Point system. Support the Registrar's Office and Office of Academic and Pre-Professional Advising in system implementation and user support.
Skills & Tools: Experience configuring PeopleSoft or other enterprise-level student information systems preferred. Strong technical writing and documentation skills, along with ability to create training materials and website content.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Preferred experience with PeopleSoft or other enterprise student information systems configuration.

Compensation: $34–$36/hr

Responsibilities:

The incumbent supports the Registrar's Office and the Office of Academic and Pre-Professional Advising by developing and updating documentation, training, and website content related to High Point self-service functionality and
completing testing of High Point.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience configuring PeopleSoft or other enterprise level student information systems.

Background Screening Statement:

A background check will be required.

Salary:

Hourly salary: $34.00 - $35.95 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Additional Information: This is a temporary position.  Initial contract is for one year with the possibility of renewal.
