Strategic Bids & Contracts Manager responsible for managing the bidding and contracting processes within the Supply Chain department at Meteor Education. This role ensures compliance with company policies and supports the organization's strategic procurement objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Manage bid preparation, contract negotiations, and documentation processes for supply chain initiatives. Support the Strategic Bids & Contracts Team Manager in executing contracts and maintaining organized bid tracking systems.
Skills & Tools: Strong contract management and procurement knowledge with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in conflict of interest policy compliance and ability to work collaboratively within a supply chain team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred with 2-3 years of experience in contracts, procurement, or supply chain operations. Experience with bid management systems and government or enterprise contracting processes is advantageous.
