Role Snapshot

Licensed Behavior Specialist providing behavior consultation services and support to children with autism and developmental disabilities at Kaleidoscope ABA. The role involves conducting assessments, creating behavior support plans, and supervising staff across multiple service settings.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavior consultation services, administer assessments (VB-MAPP, Functional Behavior Assessments), create behavior support plans, provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, and implement data-driven modifications to treatment. Complete documentation, visit clients in home/school/community settings, and monitor progress toward goals.
Skills & Tools: Licensed Behavior Specialist certification in Pennsylvania, expertise in applied behavior analysis and autism spectrum disorders, competency in conducting functional behavior assessments, knowledge of PA IBHS regulations, and ability to train and supervise staff using positive intervention techniques.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field from an accredited university, minimum 3 years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities, and minimum 1 year conducting functional behavior assessments with individuals under 21. Requires 1,000+ hours in-person clinical experience and experience providing ABA services across multiple settings.
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Compensation: $60K–$85K/yr
