Key Responsibilities: Deliver targeted outreach and facilitate cohort-based and individual programming through group and one-on-one meetings with students. Represent the unit at campus events including Orientation, Open Houses, and registration programs while providing administrative and logistical support for Academic Advising and Academic Success operations.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for student engagement and event representation; organizational and administrative capability to manage logistics and coordinate programming. Customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a collaborative academic environment.
Qualifications: Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience in student services, academic advising, or higher education support. Experience with student outreach, event coordination, and administrative support preferred.
Location: In-Person
Compensation: $35K–$48K/yr (estimated)
