Role Snapshot
The Client Success Manager at Finalsite is a strategic, relationship-driven partner responsible for managing a portfolio of K-12 school client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention. This role serves as the internal advocate for clients, driving value and sustainable growth across the assigned book of business.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and negotiation skills, empathy and consultative approach, and a passion for K-12 education. Candidates should have experience with SaaS platforms, client relationship management systems, and the ability to identify and mitigate churn risks.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client success, support, sales, implementation, or related functions is required, preferably in a SaaS or education-focused environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
