Skills & Tools: Strong customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to define and deliver AI-enabled solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities with experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority in Agile environments.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience building and delivering enterprise SaaS products with demonstrated experience owning products throughout the full lifecycle from discovery to launch. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred); experience defining AI-enabled or machine learning solutions required.

About the Role Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Financial Edge NXT team. In this role, you will define product strategy, lead customer discovery, and drive the delivery of innovative SaaS and AI-powered capabilities that simplify complex financial workflows for nonprofit organizations. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Data Science, and Customer Success to identify customer problems, validate solutions, and deliver intelligent, data-driven experiences that create measurable customer and business value. What You’ll Do Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Lead customer discovery and translate insights into innovative product opportunities. Drive the development of AI-powered capabilities, intelligent automation, and data-driven experiences that improve customer productivity and decision-making. Partner with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Prioritize product investments using customer feedback, analytics, business value, and strategic priorities. Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimize customer outcomes. Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to leadership and stakeholders. Stay current on emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to responsibly apply AI to solve customer problems. Leverage AI tools and modern product management practices to accelerate product discovery, requirements definition, experimentation, and delivery. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably building and delivering enterprise SaaS products. Demonstrated experience owning products throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Experience defining and delivering AI-enabled, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions, or a strong understanding of how to apply AI to solve customer problems. Experience using AI tools and methodologies to enhance product discovery, roadmap planning, requirements definition, experimentation, and product delivery is highly desirable. Strong customer discovery, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in Agile product development environments. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives without direct authority. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
