Role Snapshot
Director of Operations leading Finalsite's Sales & Marketing GTM engine, responsible for managing critical systems like Salesforce and HubSpot while ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end strategy and administration for Salesforce, HubSpot, and CloudCoach; establish system governance and data standards; drive adoption through enablement and training; design core GTM workflows including lead management, routing, and forecasting; lead cross-functional programs spanning Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other departments.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of GTM or business operations experience with strong expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and operational frameworks; demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives; proficiency in process design, data governance, and system integration with hands-on technical knowledge preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; extensive hands-on experience and team leadership in B2B SaaS environments highly desirable; proven track record of building scalable processes and managing complex system implementations.
Location: United States
Compensation: $100Kβ$150K/yr
