Role Snapshot
Join C2 Education as a Center Director in Training to prepare for a leadership role by mastering center operations, sales, and educational leadership while helping students achieve their academic aspirations.
Key Responsibilities: Shadow experienced Center Directors to learn center operations, sales, marketing, and financial management; develop curriculum implementation skills; manage staff scheduling and training; and participate in sales, community outreach, and enrollment activities across OC and Long Beach locations.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with children; strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to learning management and educational practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher required; First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
Location: Cerritos, California
Compensation: $69K–$70K/yr
