Summary

Provide virtual teletherapy to children and families in Texas through Hazel Health's partner school districts and health plans. Help expand access to evidence-based mental health care to K-12 students regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency with virtual care technology and clinical platforms. Experience in psychotherapy for children and families with demonstrated ability to treat common pediatric mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches.
Qualifications: Master's-level therapist independently licensed in Texas (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) with clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Comfortable delivering care virtually and committed to expanding access to mental health care.
Location: Remote from Texas or other eligible U.S. states (AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA); minimum 10 hours per week Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-7:00pm CT.

Candidates must maintain an active license in the state where services are provided. This role may be performed from the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MD, MA, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, PA, VA, WA.

Applicants must reside in (or relocate to) one of these states prior to employment. State eligibility may change based on hiring needs.
