Role Snapshot
Join Bluum's Finance team as a Billing and Cash Application Specialist to manage accurate billing processes and ensure timely cash application using High Radius. This role is critical for maintaining efficient order-to-cash operations and seamless payment integration with customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and process customer invoices accurately, validate billing data for compliance, and resolve billing discrepancies. Apply customer payments to invoices using High Radius, reconcile daily cash receipts from multiple sources, and investigate unapplied or unidentified cash issues.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and Excel skills with proficiency in reconciliation and data validation. Experience with High Radius Cash Application module, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2-5 years of billing, cash application, or accounts receivable experience. Hands-on experience with High Radius and an ERP system required; Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.

Compensation: CA$50K–CA$75K/yr
