Role Snapshot

The Impact Director leads strategic initiatives across a dedicated portfolio of school districts in Texas, driving measurable educational outcomes and fostering executive partnerships with district leadership. This role combines regional strategy, account management, and pod leadership to ensure sustainable revenue growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities: Own account health and commercial outcomes for all districts within the regional pod, develop strategic account plans, and manage executive relationships with superintendents and school board members. Drive value realization through ROI demonstrations, manage risk mitigation, and hold accountability for revenue retention and expansion opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Strong executive presence and communication skills, exceptional leadership and team management abilities, deep understanding of K-12 education systems and decision-making processes, and proven customer success expertise in managing multi-million dollar accounts.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or school district leadership (Principal, Superintendent, or District Administrator). Proven track record managing and growing multi-million dollar projects in a SaaS environment with a regional network of C-suite educators.
Location: Texas
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
