We’re looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and success of our secondary math product line. In this role, you’ll drive innovation, guide a talented team, and deliver solutions that make a real impact in classrooms nationwide.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
- Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for secondary mathematics
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, fostering growth and accountability.
- Partner across Engineering, UX, Marketing, and Sales to bring big ideas to lif
- Identify market opportunities and validate customer needs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prioritize investments based on business value and customer impact.
- Represent the product line in executive forums and champion its success internally and externally.
WHAT SHOULD BE IN YOUR BOOKBAG
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science); MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to define and deliver product strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
