Role Snapshot
A full-time AmeriCorps position from January to June 2026 dedicated to providing individualized reading support to students in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Members contribute to literacy intervention and help students reach grade-level reading proficiency by fourth grade.
Key Responsibilities: Engage in literacy intervention and provide individualized reading support to students. Participate in intensive training at program start and ongoing professional development throughout the 6-month service term.
Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail with ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency with technology systems (Salesforce, Google Apps, Zoom) and capacity to work both collaboratively and independently.
Qualifications: Must hold a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and possess U.S. citizenship or permanent residency. Commitment to service values and willingness to complete the full 900+ hour service term required.
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Compensation: From $12K/yr
