Role Snapshot

Studer Education seeks a Coach Director to partner with educational organizations and executive leaders to drive strategic alignment and organizational excellence through coaching and measurable results. This role involves facilitating leadership development and implementing best practices across K12 and higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with executive leadership teams and boards to facilitate coaching sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring client implementation of Studer Education tactics and driving measurable, sustained results. Develop strategic work plans, maintain high-quality client communication, build trusted relationships, and contribute to research and development initiatives.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership experience in education with excellent client service, strategic thinking, and communication abilities; proficiency in coaching competencies including systems improvement, strategic planning, leadership development, and process improvement; ability to work independently and build relationships with senior executives.
Qualifications: Master's degree required with doctorate preferred; minimum experience as an executive leader in K12 or higher education or consulting with executive leaders; willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
Location: United States
Compensation: $85K–$140K/yr
