Role Snapshot
ELB Learning seeks a skilled Instructional Designer/Developer for a remote contract position to create engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline, applying ADDIE framework and instructional design best practices.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze project requirements, gather and organize content from stakeholders, create detailed storyboards and course outlines, and develop interactive eLearning courses in Articulate platforms. Design assessments using Bloom's Taxonomy, collaborate with subject matter experts for feedback, ensure accessibility compliance, and support video production coordination.
Skills & Tools: Proven expertise with Articulate Rise and Storyline, strong communication and writing skills, understanding of ADDIE framework and adult learning principles, and ability to design assessments aligned to learning outcomes. Experience with learning strategy, video editing/scripting (preferred), and capability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred. 3+ years of relevant eLearning development experience required.
Location: United States
Compensation: $40–$70/hr
